This is shitty, but I don't believe there's any law that says you have to rent to a section 8 person. The landlord has to have it approved for section 8....which it would pass, but if the landlord never gets it approved for it/inspected for approval.. would that not keep them out? Can't landlords reject someone for a bad credit rating if they choose...not that all section 8 people would have bad credit, but the worst of them certainly would.
