Is this all-in-one desktop from HP a decent buy for just casual use?

LINK

I don't game on computers, I don't really need it for anything other than surfing the web and word/excel, etc. My desktop I have had for awhile finally died so I'm in the market.

I am not tech/computer saavy at all so if the thing I linked is laughably bad, sorry.

CPU is ultra low power embedded series. Still uses DDR3 RAM. I'd pass.
At least the HDD is 7200RPM. I really don't understand these manufactures at all. They put a 7200RPM drive in this piece of junk but I've seen 5400RPM drives in i7 laptops.

Here's the issue:

I don't really want to spend all that much on a new desktop. I don't need it for any special purpose. The one I have now is pretty embarrassingly old and is really starting to slow down.

All I want is something that isn't a complete cheap pile of junk. I don't need a fancy one with all the bells and whistles for gaming, video making, design, etc

I just want a decent upgrade for casual stuff

yeah i get that, but this thing is an absolute piece of junk. A full desktop grade pentium would be fine for you - but this is a low powered laptop grade CPU with a TDP of 10W. Standard pentium desktop line is 65w. Itll be slow out of the box and will resemble your current slow unit in inside a year or so.

You said you already have a desktop - does that mean a tower or an AIO? In other words, do you need a monitor if you get a traditional tower? Or are you specifically looking for an AIO?

If you are set on an AIO, then your budget is gonna have to increase...
$589
Thats the minimum I'd go with based on a quick search on amazon. The CPU is a low powered desktop model (35w) so its at least a full step better than the 10w models.

If you can live with a desktop/monitor combo...
$349 + $89
This is basically the same machine as the AIO but with a full desktop CPU.
