These are people that have seen and know every valuable piece of furniture/electronics you have, so they know how much money you have and they know where all that nice expensive stuff lives. You have literally hired them to case the joint. Further, their life has gotten them to a point where a low paying job moving heavy things is how they make a living.

You tip them, fool.
