This is what happens when you hinge on every word fom a twatter account for confirmation. Tom Delong’s account seems to have a check mark, but who is actually running it? Is it controlled by a “communications” person? Context would be key in verifying the intent of the message.
Btw, this is not an argument in support of that tweet! A sovereign U.S. military should never be up for negotiation!

JMO, but Tom Delonge isn't one of the good guys.
Whatever he has in the works he planned out with John Podesta. I don't know what end the TTSA was working towards exactly (I have my guesses), but whatever it was I am glad their ultimate aims have been subverted by those people losing power.
Who is Tom Delonge anyways? I liked his music once upon a time, but he isn't any sort of scientist or anything like that. He was just a face to put on this movement by the people who actually were in charge. He's been working with a mad scientist billionaire type, supposedly some highly placed DoD types, and criminal politicians. Under any other circumstances this dude wouldn't even get an audience with these types of people. Maybe that's exaggerating it a little bit, because he's rich, but he isn't qualified to lead a project such as the one he supposedly leads.
I don't trust the dude as far as I could throw him.
