Deep Fried Cheese Bars

Has anyone had success making these? I've tried but have had no success. I really like them when I can go out and find them at a very limited number of places.

You mean like mozzarella sticks? Seems like they’re everywhere. I love them too though.

I was thinking more like you see in the CornDog7 chain. They are a pretty good sized cheese bar and if they are fried up just right they are out of this world good. Jalapeño would be my favorite.

Use the first recipe above except freeze the cheese prior to coating and use panko instead of italian bread crumbs. After coating the frozen cheese w panko fry.
