I'm not here to jump through the hoops of your endless questions and red herrings.
If you can't conceivably understand what "close" to the ideal characteristic means, I'm not spending my afternoon explaining it. That post more than clarified the points of contention I have, if you take issue, speak your case.
If you think the way I framed the ISP market is inaccurate, start by addressing the substance instead of this meandering question begging.
