Odds are currently 3 out of 4 that Jones wins bases on current returns.

They look defeated that's for sure. If they thought they had a chance at this point they would not leave that map. Instead they've spent the last 10 min. bashing Moore and repubs.

Rural vote is generally counted after the 'metro' vote. Takes longer to drive the results in from distant wards.
