I knew someone who lived here and they were in a furnished one. It was postage stamp sized, but I remember it being kinda art-deco and cute.

My first place was a duplex on Jennifer Jean because I needed a place to live last minute and had pretty much $0 to my name. Total shithole. I never slept there.

From there, everything ranged from okay to pretty nice. Garden District house was small/old as all houses in the area are, but it was cute. Next apartment on Brightside was fine. A lot of trashier people living there, but not unsafe or dirty. Townhome on Perkins by Campus Federal was very nice. The owners of my unit kept it in great condition.

Bathroom sink couldn't fit in the bathroom. And you couldn't use the bathroom sink if the bedroom door was open.

And that place was fricking covered up in brown recluses.
