I know when the Rockets were looking for a coach after they fired McHale, they had two profiles they were looking at. Experienced veteran coach or young Brad Stevens type.
Experienced coach they had D’Antoni in mind (who they ultimately chose), and for a young up and coming coach they were looking hard at Stephen Silas.
If you trust the decision making of Daryl Morey and his staff, then Stephen Silas might be worth a look as far as guys I haven’t seen mentioned.
