I’d recommend Rob Dupont with Impulse Charters. Great fisherman and even better person. He fishes out of dularge mostly, but that’s just a short drive from cocodrie.
ETA - my bad - misread your question. Thought you were looking for a guide. I don’t know much about those guys. Good luck on your trip and let us know how you do.
