No argument with that from me. I won't even eat leftover fish, but it's not because of a health hazard, it's because it's not as good.

Do what GG said. You have to put it into smaller containers so every bit of it will chill down. If you put it in warm in a big pot, the middle of the pot will be in the danger zone for hours.

If you think about your Tupperware or other storage containers, most are no thicker than about 4 inches. That's for this reason.
