Had that happen in grad school. It was a hybrid course, met 3 times a semester, the rest was online. They didn’t have my online stuff set up because I was a late enrollee. After a few weeks I got pissed and said screw it, then withdrew from the course. I thought.
I never got an email. No communication from the school. I got a letter in January saying I was on probation because I “earned” an F in a course I thought I dropped. I was not happy. Some bullshite. Whatever. That year sucked anyway.
