Our decision makers were unbelievably stupid to agree to a 12-million dollar buyout. I believe it goes down 3 million after the 1st of the year or something like that each year. These ridiculous buyouts for coaches who get fired (when they're getting paid millions already) have got to go. If you don't do a good job, you shouldn't get rewarded millions for not working.

Well they're not going anywhere so get used to it. It would just be nice if our fans realized it was the price of doing business today. Mark Stoops at Kentucky has a 14 million buyout, Saban at 27 million. Fisher at 75 million (
), Malzahn is up there, butch had around a 10 million that was paid, Beilema just got paid 12, and Mcelwain 8.5 (negotiated down from 12.5).
