We'd swipe a dozen chocolate mousse on our way out the door closing time weekends. Then we'd all pile into a buddies truck and the guys in back would bomb the hell outta some car windshields that were parked along curbside in random neighborhoods.

Was a bunch of us that knew each other prior to the restaurant that worked together. I walked in the door home from getting my DL on my 16th b'day to my buddy calling telling me to get to the high end steak restaurant he had the job waiting for me. Was a dishwasher, and as last hire it was my duty to get the iced cokes for the kitchen crew their lunch/break combo at 5:30 every night. Would take 6 busboy buckets (3 trips 2 buckets/trip) out to the bar and fill them with glasses, pour a couple scoops of ice over the buckets then use the hose to fix cokes. Never got caught mixing them 50/50 coke/booze. So there was a bunch of half drunk teens working the kitchen almost every night!

Kid dropped their untouched hot dog on the ground and the parents asked if they could get a new one. I took it to the back, rinsed it, nuked it for 20 seconds, and brought it back. Idiots.

I've got plenty of stories like that. I never did anything horrendous to a customer, but plenty of little things like that to lazy asses or high maintenance people.

We'd also do LA freeway shots at the end of shifts. That's a bar mat shot, you pour the bar mat into a shot glass and drink it. Bar tenders would be in on it, so they'd pour the last handful of drinks poorly. Gross, but the restaurant industry is gross so who cares.
