and the Bama obsession continues....
They werent on my mind. This began because of a topic an Auburn fan started pointing out Alabama fans hypocrisy in claiming that LSU fans whine about the refs too much when Alabama fans do it just as much.
I made a comment on this topic and a bunch of Gumps got that red arse and came after me. A couple were acting really childish so in order to prove my point I did a little searching and some numbers and spelled it out plain as day for them.
Of course, they had no answers. Its not a "Bama obsession". If you let others control the narrative when you want a change then nothing will ever change. You have to put people in power under a microscope and call them out on their bullshite. The good ole boy Gump Alumni Club at the SECHQ has to feel the negative PR. Auburn fans tell me they have been complaining about this for years, well Im an LSU fan and we should join them because Im convinced there is either an explicit or at the very least, an implicit bias at SECHQ.
Look what just happened with the UT coaching search. The fans were pissed with the potential hire and took action. It might blow up in their faces but they still put their money where their mouth is. I think I just read that the AD is putting new TVs in Tiger Stadium. This coincided with several topics and posts over the last couple weeks of people bitching about the concessions and TVs in TS and threatening a boycott of shitty Aramark. Coaches turn in complaints about officiating nearly every game. They do it for the same reasons. To apply pressure.
