I personally was a fan of the Friday game. Girls went shopping in the morning and then the old man and I would head to the VFW to catch the game. Would get half the place rooting for LSU by half time, with a lot of the guys asking if the LSU games are as crazy as people say. (This was up in PA)

Hates those that games.
Many times it was for something and to play it at 1pm on a Friday sucked.
