Yes, but Title II is synonymous with the current NN discussion and that is what people are arguing needs to be upheld. My thread title is obviously "click baited" and a more honest path would be to say, "No one should fear the removal of Title II and the FCCs authority to regulate broadband under the Communications Act of 1934" but how many would even know what that means
In fact, the FTC will regain the authority that it previously had to enforce NN. So, yes, NN isn't going to die per se, but the current ill advised regulatory structure.
The removal of Title II will allow for common sense management of data packets. They aren't created equally and don't need to be treated as such. Also, many of the examples that people use to highlight the coming internet apocalypse are based on outdated technology.
