Seriously, I put a generous coating on it Monday and I only see the baking powder now. I can't wait to cook this bad boy.
What other seasoning should go on top? Thinking just pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Also, would applying a thin layer of olive oil to help the seasoning stick counter the crisping power of the baking powder?
