The piece of property (lot 35) you are pointing at is owned by Rhino Timber Farms, L.L.C., a company owned by the same people that own Durr Heavy Equipment.
Definitely private land, I'd stay off of it.
ETA: All of the other vacant land around that area (outside of lot 35 - the specific one you are pointing at) is owned by Harvey Canal Holdings II, LLC, which is owned by the same people. Probably about 1,500 acres total in there.
