Roblox. But not live streaming. I don't want him doing that or interacting on twitch. He doesn't know what that is yet, luckily.
But he would like to play, narrate, and record. I bet he'll figure out how to post them on youtube, but I'll deal with that when he gets there.

if that is all you would like to do, you can use Open Broadcasting(er?) Software (OBS).
It's what a majority of streamers use to stream, but it has a recording feature. I don't think you can edit the videos using it, just record it
