I ask what your point is supposed to be because there seems to be none...unless you're confusing concentual embraces with someone forcing themselves on another.

Does that help? If not, maybe direct physical reality may shed some insight into my point. Pick out an attractive coworker, and then grab them and stick your tongue down her (or his?) throat. When charges are filed simply point out that you've french kissed others with no problem. Report back on what you learned.
