LSU should have finished 10-2 also, if not for playing down to Troy's level. LSU has played these people 3 times I think and each game has always been close.

Should’ve never lost to Troy but if we continue to improve and are in the playoffs in the next few years, we’ll look back at Troy and think of it as a necessary evil.

And Troy has beaten a handful of other P5 teams the past 10 years as well. We still should have beaten them, but they've been a solid football program for awhile given their resources.
