Congress not accepting a member elected by a state, that has probably NEVER been done in our history.

The Senate has done it before, but not since 1862. The last time proceedings to expel began occurred in 2011, but Ensign resigned.

I do find it troubling that accusations alone would cause the Senate to expel a member.

It NEVER happened! He resigned. Thatndoesbt appear to be what Moore is doing.
