iOS 11.1.1 Problems?

Phone was working fine this morning after updating last night. Now i can't make or receive any calls.
Tried turning off/on
updating carrier settings
airplane mode off / on
Reset my network settings
Any idea what next? This is really frustrating.

Should be working now

Mine was doing it earlier. Restarted the phone and now it’s working.

IF you have ATT just restart the phone, we had a few people come in around that time and we just restarted the phone, dont know what happened.
