Frank Guistra didn't have any stake in Uranium One when HRC was Secretary but Ian Telfer was Chairman of Uranium One during that time (2009-2013) and donated over $2M to the Clinton Foundation while she was in that seat.

perhaps you should clean your ears out...Shep said that donation from those involved while HRC was SoS totalled 4 million dollars.
