My problem was with how poorly I felt he dealt with a softball interview. For all practical purposes it works like a direct, why would he need to tiptoe around whether he "went on a date" with a girl he knew her and her parents at the time. The fact he remembers her and her parents leads one to think he would remember if they went on a date. An attorney that has practiced on both sides of the bench for as long as he has should have been better prepped. While I am skeptical of the veracity of the underage "victim" it really bugs me how he handled the teenage but of the age of consent "dates". The I don't remember schtick is troublesome when the stakes here are not a conviction but mere public perception. If you were a little on the pervy side and like young (legal) girls while in your early 30s fess up, if people think you are lying about that they will likely think you are lying about "worse" things.

Justice Moore is in a minefield but you have to walk through it like there are no mines there.
