I noticed this morning that my twitter app on my mobile was updating. Now, the last tweet I see on my device is from 11 hours ago. However on my web browser, I see 6 tweets from POTUS from 2 hrs ago (along with others). Anyone else experiencing this?

Deep State NSA and other agencies creating outages to stop the flow of information as best they can. It's a fool's errand at this point because the horse is out of the barn and this thing is spiraling out of their grasp exponentially now.
