My guess is they wanted to play Bell more, and have some Oline injuries so likely carried an extra lineman into the game and decided Banjo over Bush for special teams.
But I thought Banjo played well enough that he could take over for Bush. They basically did the same thing with Banjo they do with Bush.

Ahh. I didn't see the inactives for this week. I just assumed Bush got benched or something.
