I think the plan may be to run it down to the point the long term leasors will want out
...then Hartley/Vey will knock it all down and redevelop

Would they have to knock down the entire building, including the businesses facing Corporate? Is The Melting Pot still open over there?

Hopefully we help them out with that. I do think businesses in the future will have to decide if they like being next to the neighborhood that is right there. It really does bring a bad element to that property.
