Their subdivisions are still some of the nicest in SBR, their name is on a theater downtown and a BREC park, and they donated the land for the Bluebonnet Swamp (major tax writeoff). I think their legacy is intact. Not sure about David, but Rick most likely could care less about further boosting his legacy as he slumbers peacefully on his huge pile of cash.
