Or, maybe he cares enough not to be handcuffed anymore and wants to shine a light on issues such as this.

That's very unsettling. 2 sets of laws.
Either the GOP get's it's act together or the next swing will usher in the people willing to break the laws to prosecute illegally. The people are sick of 2 sets of laws. Following what I'm saying?
