It really discourages me when I drive up to intersections where homeless folks are always "working" ... and they'll be gone, but piles of food, to include fresh fruit .. .will simply be sitting there ... abandoned.


IMO, hunger is an excellent motivator.

These people are not starving ... otherwise, they would not abandon perfectly good food.


They just want free money to go buy drugs, booze, scratch-offs, etc.
