What am I missing here?
This TV is going for $2,700 on Joes website with free shipping and no tax. Everywhere else it's going for 5K

I’d be willing to bet that it’s manufacturer refurbished and Samsung gives them a hefty discount.
Buy it on credit card and try it out. I did see that return shipping is on you. Probably not cheap for an 85” tv

I called them last year after black Friday just to get a feel of them . Guy was very rude , And it just didn't feel right .
Check it the reviews on BBB.
I think I read they try to sell you a more expensive item because the one listed is out of stock , etc

You will regret it. The prices are good, but they do not deliver. Many folks, including me, were tried to bait and switch.
Buy from a reuptable dealer, do your research.
