No. Because if LSU happens to win out, the loss to Troy will still keep them out of he playoff.

I'm not sure that it would. That would mean that we will have beaten a ranked #1 Alabama and possibly a ranked #1 Georgia in the SEC championship. Given that our two losses came early in the season and we were missing some starters, we would have an argument to be in it. Of course it would depend on how other teams do in other conferences. If Penn State drops a game, we could definitely be in the playoffs.

I disagree. If lsu wins out they are in. Committee looks at the way you have been playing. Yes they would have that terrible loss but they would also have a win over the number 1 team in the nation. So I really think they would get in if they win out.
