Eat less, move more.
eat less what?
Calories, Fat, Sugar all none.
This is too simplistic. If I eat 1000 calories of gummy bears a day. and 1500 calories of vegetables Will I lose more weight eating the gummy bears. By your thinking I will.

Calories in calories out dude. You will lose weight by burning more calories than you take in.
You're bringing up something I didn't say by comparing foods. Yes of course eating vegetables will be healthier, but we're talking about weight here. Not cholesterol, etc.
At the end of the day, if your goal is to lose weight, you need to start your diet by scaling back how many calories you eat. If you eat 3000 calories of broccoli, you'll still be fat.
