Maybe he recognizes the halfassed quality of a lot of what’s been put forward or supported by Trump. Novel idea, I know. Maybe he and a few others could cast aside some of their misgivings if the president wasn’t such an annoying, nationalist clown. None of those guys are going to stick their necks out for C- efforts just to appease someone like that.
