I know it may be a bit nitpicky, but the difference between winning and losing games can be as simple as an underthrown ball like the deep throw to Chark.

Our offense is pretty limited, so hitting the big play when it presents itself is a must. If that ball is thrown on time and Chark is led properly, it's a TD.
