He weakened the military, passed the ACA, and race relations are as bad as they've been since the 60s because he publicly undermined police authority with the bullshite "if I had a son" speech and speaking up for Michael Brown even though "hands up don't shoot" was a lie. He could have put an end to BLM quickly by speaking out against them but he chose not to.
