Needless to say the parties are no longer open bar.

This is always a big problem for the 99% that want to go an have a good time. The liability and lawyers wanting to pounce have ruined many good parties.

People blame the lawyers. Then they get shitfaced, race a train, lose and call the lawyer they were cursing last week. Lawyers can’t pounce without scumbag clients.

This. We've gone from a $30mil organization with kick arse country club parties, great food, booze, music, jackets and dresses...great times. Now $150mil company, more liability, we have a Christmas lunch, no booze, on a Friday and the office/plant workers get the afternoon off.
