Clothes, travel, staff, food, hotels, etc etc etc can all be paid out of campaign funds.

Her statement is very lawyerly. She says she's shocked, but NEVER says she didn't know.
Hell yeah, she knew, but the only things that have ever mattered to her are money and power. Thus, Harvey the Raper gets a pass as does our former Philanderer in Chief.
