Let's use Process of Elimination here.

Can get rid of Nurse right away because of low income and high likelihood of fricking one or more doctors.

Can eliminate elementary school teacher because of low income and likelihood of moving to high school where she will frick multiple students.

Can eliminate attorney because she will frick a fellow attorney.

Can eliminate the marketing rep because that doesn't sound like a steady gig.

Can eliminate the artist because she sounds like she has the most shite to deal with and an art studio can collapse any given day.

So we're down to the doctor and the home money. I'd lean towards the doctor because if you can put a ring on it without knocking it up, then anything she earns post ring can be half yours if she cheats on you. All that money the trustafarian already has, you can't touch.
