No, it won't happen until the market demands it. Many of you (cwill i'm responding to you as well) play the role of the aggrieved citizen who won't vote because "what can one vote do?"

If you institute pro/rel, the youth structure issues will clear themselves up because the clubs will be forced to innovate in order to keep getting better and preserve their status. The clubs will do the work, which is how it is done in every other country in the world.

We are dramatically, hilariously underachieving with our national team and how MLS/SUM is run is at the heart of the reason why. That's reality whether you want to accept it or not.
