My mucks are awesome. Merino Wool socks and my feet are always warm.
I wear alpaca wool socks so that's not the issue. It's the uninsulated boots that are the issue. I need something with some heat retention. Hunted a couple of times in low 20s and those boots just didn't cut it. I love them March through November, but December and January here aren't made for uninsulated rubber boots.
