They had their insurance adjuster take my deposition. I furnished photos and medical reports/bills. Nothing but a letter back from their Jew insurance agent saying they would not pay anything. My cousin is a great attorney, but he just did a lot of legal work for me for practically nothing on a very serious matter with a non-compete for work, so I don't want to ask him to do that. So, what I am doing is telling every single person I encounter when the situation is right what a terrible place Pilates Plus is. They will go out of business at some point.
