A&Ms rule is that a student organization has to host you. If you are affiliated with a student group, they invite you to speak. Otherwise, you have no purpose speaking here because there isn't anyone that wants to listen. That makes perfect sense and doesn't infringe on anyone's rights.

Ok that's A&M. What does that have to do with Spencer speaking at Florida?

You are leaving out details.

This rule was adopted after Spencer spoke at A&M.

The university decides which groups are official organizations.

The timing of that rule change is suspect and allows the university to leave conservatives out in the cold.
