Jeff Bagwell in 1999 for sure.
I could argue Biggio over Barry Larkin in 1995... but really Larkin shouldn't have won either. Should have been Bonds or Piazza or Greg Maddux.
Biggio and Bagwell both had MVP-worthy seasons in 1997, but Larry Walker and the Coors effect won.
