Had the same problem with a Trailblazer, 2002 model. Take your center beauty caps (I guess that is what they are called) off the wheels and go drive your truck at highway speeds. They are made of plastic and the fingers that lock them to the wheel can crack, but not break off right away. The effect is an out of balance tire and the associated vibration. If you have a bad beauty cap or two the vibration will be gone when the cap is removed.
