a testimony to his inexperience as a head coach.
I hate when people say this, because it's such bullshite. No, the guy has plenty experience as a head coach. He led his own program at Ole miss and had a couple of interim stints as well.

The problem is, is he's just not a good coach and he's not a very good person either. Everyone knows O is a snake and always has been. When things start going bad, it's everyone else's fault and not his own.

So quit with the inexperienced bullshite. He's plenty experienced. He's just not a good coach, or good person.

Coach O is easily shaken. You can see it on the sidelines, you can see it in his interviews. This is why he did well as an interim HC, there was no stress to perform. If the team sucked oh well, IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT - you're just the interim HC.

But he is a fraud. He managed to 'wow' the board with his binder, which obviously included not having a placekicker, not knowing what to do with Stevens, and meddling with the offense even though he admitted not to know much about offense.

If had to guess O was behind the scenes trying to get Miles fired so he could have a shot at the job. Unfortunately our AD fell for it and hired him. Don't get these comments confused, letting LM go was the right decision, unlike O I do think Miles had great character.
