As of right now, yes I do think he falls out of the 1st round. If he gets himself in shape and starts to show glimpses of his 2016 self then no, but that's too be determined.

Teams are also going to be concerned about his character and his work ethic. Given all the questions about his "sabbatical", coming into the season as out of shape as he was, is not a great look. I'm sure there are people questioning whether he cares or really wants to play football.

All of these things are going to be considered and a 1st round pick is a big investment. Key has work to do IMO

I've already addressed this ITT. Clowney has something like 25 total tackles and 3 sacks his final season and was notorious for taking plays off.

The NFL doesn't give a shite about character or heart when they think they can pay you to give them double digit sacks.
