What's worse is the guy who comes from the right lane and cuts you off in the left lane acting as though you were a slow driver

I'm talking about that guy that comes within a foot of your bumper and within a foot of the bumper of the car in the right lane. The slightest miss timing would cause a wreck. And then as soon as he passes you he's just stuck right there in front of you behind the other car in the line...not going any faster than if he'd stayed behind you.
